Where are your items stocked?

All our items are stocked in Sydney, NSW.

What are the delivery charges for orders placed online?

Standard delivery is free Australia-wide.

(An additional charge applies if you choose to upgrade to Express Post.)

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, Afterpay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How long will delivery take?
  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days
  • Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days
  • NT, WA & remote areas: 9–11 business days
Can you send Boost Oxygen via Express Post?

Unfortunately, no we cannot as the Boost Oxygen is classified as a hazardous item and cannot be shipped by air.

How secure is shopping on your website? Is my data protected?

Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways, and your financial or card details are never visible to us.

Do you allow local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available. Please complete your purchase first, then contact us to arrange collection, as the items are stored in two separate locations.

What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive order confirmation and completion emails (please check your spam or bulk folder). Australia Post will also send tracking updates to your registered mobile number.

Will I receive a tax invoice for my order?

Yes, a GST invoice is sent automatically. If you don’t receive it, please contact us and we’ll resend it promptly.
