Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your payment has cleared, we will prepare and dispatch your order. Orders paid before 12:00 PM AEDT (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Free & Standard Delivery
- FREE Delivery Australia-wide on all orders.
- If you are located in a rural or remote area of WA, NT, QLD, or TAS, please contact us before ordering with your full address so we can confirm delivery availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro areas: 2–3 business days
- Non-metro areas: 6–8 business days
- Remote areas (NT, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS): May take slightly longer depending on courier availability
All shipments are handled by trusted partners such as Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the courier schedule.
Delivery & Address Requirements
- All orders are sent via secure, trackable courier service.
- Please provide a valid street address (residential or business) where someone can sign for the parcel.
- If no one is available, the order will be redirected to your Local Post Office or Courier Depot. A redelivery fee may apply if you request another attempt.
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
Business Address Policy
For shipping purposes, a business/commercial address does not include:
- A business operated from a home or residential property.
- A registered business address that is residential.
If your PayPal or billing address does not qualify under our policy, simply email us to arrange delivery to an eligible address.

- You may choose to organise your own courier service at your expense if preferred.
