I have a respiratory disease and over the last few months I have been getting worse - running out of air with very little exertion. A week ago I remembered the AirPhysio tool I had left in the cupboard from the time I had purchased it a year ago. At the time I asked my specialist what she thought about my using it and she said go ahead. Unfortunately I didn't - and it was only a week ago that I finally pulled it out and started to use it after my condition has been getting worse. On the third day there was a slight improvement in that I've been able to walk further without stopping to rest every five metres. Since then I've been definitely getting better slowly but surely. I'm looking forward to keeping the exercises up and I'm very hopeful that it may get me back to where I was months ago. Certainly I plan to keep using it every day from now on.
