Once your payment has cleared, we will dispatch your order. Orders paid before 12:00 PM AEDT (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after that or on weekends/public holidays are sent the next business day.

Free & Standard Delivery

FREE delivery Australia-wide. If you’re in a rural or remote area of WA, NT, QLD, or TAS, please contact us before ordering via our Contact page. We’ll confirm shipping options for your address.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes
  • Metro areas: 2–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 6–8 business days

Some regions (NT, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, TAS) may experience longer times depending on courier availability. We use trusted partners like Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Tracking will be emailed once shipped.

Delivery & Address Requirements

All products are shipped via a secure, trackable courier service. Please provide a street address where someone can sign for delivery.

If no one is available, the parcel may be taken to your local Post Office or Courier Depot for collection. A re-delivery fee may apply. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday during business hours.

Business Address Definition

A business/commercial address means a physical business premises that accepts deliveries during business hours. A home-based business or residential property does not qualify as commercial.

If your PayPal address doesn’t qualify, please contact us to update your delivery address.

Additional Notes

You may arrange your own courier at your expense; please notify us before dispatch. Third-party couriers (Australia Post, CouriersPlease) may adjust or reschedule deliveries as needed.
