FREE Delivery available to VIC, NSW, ACT, SA and QLD*

No delivery of water cooler to WA at the moment.

We offer freight to QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA & ACT (All Major Metro cities and areas covered by Courier Company)

If you are in WA, NT, QLD, or TAS in the rural area (remote area) please CONTACT us for a freight quote via the contact us page, give us your address details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will usually send within the same business day if paid before 14:00 AEDST (excludes weekends and holidays).

Shipping time frame express shipping 3-4 days and regular shipping 6-7 days depends on Shipping Service

Expected post time may vary and is based on the seller’s order cut-off time.

We always use faster shipping service available which includes Australia Post and CourierPlease.

P.S. Some regional area at NT, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, and TAS takes a little longer than the expected delivery schedule.

All third-party Shipping company including Australia Post and CourierPlease , have their own authority to reschedule, cancel or change the delivery time, depending on their circumstances.

Once the parcel has been dispatched on schedule from our premises then it all depends on career’s frequency and service in a particular area.

All Products are sent via Trackable Secured Courier Service, We also encourage to take insurance to our customers for shipping. Courier Service Required Street Address for delivery. This can be a residential or business address, as long as someone is available to sign for the delivery of the goods. If you don’t have a business address consider a friend or relative that may do but check with them first, for our rural customers (remote area customers) maybe farm supplies or someone that may take other freight out to you could accept it. If there is nobody there to sign for the item when it is delivered, the item goes back to Courier Company depot and they will charge a redelivery fee which is the responsibility of the receiver. Alternatively, you can pick it up from the Courier DEPOT. Deliveries will be during business hours from Monday to Friday. Please understand we cannot guarantee a telephone call prior to delivery of goods. if you can’t accept any of the above terms you are welcome to make your own shipping arrangements at your own expense.

*Our definition of a business/commercial address is NOT a business run from home or in a residential area, NOT a registered business at a property in a residential area, we book the shipping online and if we enter a residential address the consignment number doesn’t generate and the shipment just sits in the dispatch area and the truck doesn’t pick it up delaying your delivery. WE CANNOT advise or specify a delivery time this is not part of our contract arrangements. If the PayPal address is not the one that will fit into our Free shipping Rules that is no problem just ADVISE US of where it is to be delivered through the email us and we will ship to that location.
