If you are in a rural or remote area of WA, NT, QLD, or TAS, please contact us before ordering. Provide your address details via our Contact Us page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes

Orders paid before 12:00 PM AEDT (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Shipping times depend on the chosen service:

Metro area: 2-3 business days

Non-metro area: 6-8 business days
(Some regional areas in NT, SA, VIC, NSW, ACT, and TAS may experience longer delivery times.)

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the courier’s schedule and service availability in your area. We use trusted shipping partners, including Australia Post and CouriersPlease.

Delivery & Address Requirements

  • All products are shipped via trackable, secure courier service.
  • A street address (residential or business) is required where someone can sign for the delivery.
  • If no one is available, the item will be returned to the Local Post Office/Courier Depot. A redelivery fee may apply. Alternatively, you can collect it from the Local Post Office/Courier Depot.
  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours (we cannot guarantee a prior call before delivery).

Business Address Definition

A business/commercial address does NOT include:

  • A business run from a home or residential area.
  • A registered business at a residential property.

If your PayPal address does not qualify for our shipping policy, just email us, and we’ll arrange delivery to an eligible address.

Additional Notes

  • If you prefer, you can arrange your own shipping at your expense.
  • All third-party couriers, including Australia Post and CouriersPlease, have full authority to reschedule, cancel, or adjust deliveries as needed.
  • Our warehouses are based in NSW, VIC, and QLD.
